Federation Sisters Celebrating St Mary

of the Cross MacKillop

Sisters representing all the Federation Congregations travelled to Rome for the Canonisation of their Co-founder, St Mary of the Cross MacKillop. Those at home kept the flag flying and followed the media coverage with great interest, often spotting familiar faces.

A variety of Celebrations were happening simultaneously throughout Australia and New Zealand, often originating in the local Josephite Communities and Congregations.

Perthville, being the “link” site connecting all the Australian and New Zealand Josephites had several projects and celebrations, culminating on the weekend of 30th/31st October.
